Google Cast doesn't work on Incognito since M50

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 7978.62.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/50.0.2661.87 Safari/537.36 Platform: 7978.62.0 (Official Build) beta-channel samus Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Try to cast from Incognito window. 2. Fail. 3. Cry. What is the expected behavior? Before M50 you used to be able to go to chrome://extensions and enable Google Cast from an incognito window. See: https://support.google.com/chromecast/answer/3210071?hl=en *Can I use Cast while in Chrome incognito mode?* Yes. To use Cast in Chrome incognito mode, type chrome://extensions into your browser bar, locate the Google Cast extension, and select ‘Enable in incognito’. However since M50 the Google Cast extension is no more, and now there's a built-in extension that we can't enable for incognito anymore. What went wrong? This is related to the media-router migration, I think. I'll disable it in chrome://flags and see if that fixes it.

I'm using just Chrome. I don't think this happened with M50 (assuming that means version 50 and greater) as I believe I was on version 50.<something> for a while here and it was working. Note that toggling off media-router seems to have fixed it for me too as it seems to just revert to the old media-router. How will I know, however, when they fixed it and will I need to toggle media-router back on?
