Issue descriptionChrome Version: 49.0.2623.110 (Official Build) (64-bit) on OS X 10.11.1 (rev 575538bc320e213510be1e66f3521382e615129d-refs/branch-heads/2623@{#657}) URLs : http://codepen.io/IvanStoilov/pen/jqpXEV Other browsers tested: Safari: OK, 45.0.2 Firefox: OK IE: Not Tested What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Position the mouse cursor on over the table and scroll 20-30px to the right. (2) Move the mouse cursor over the table cell elements, so that the hover effect is triggered. (3) Scroll horizontally again and move the mouse cursor again. What is the expected result? The position of the first column of the table remain static. What happens instead? The position of the first column of the table is changed every time the hover event is triggered. The problem is caused by the "box-sizing: border-box" of the TH elements (line 24 in the codepen) and the hover effect revealing a hidden div. If there box-sizing is set to content-box or there is no :hover css directive then there is no bug.
