Steps to reproduce the problem:

Feature should let user to mark tab as "Pin as App Tab"

Marking tab as "App Tab" will affect as below.

"Hide all the bars like Bookmarks bar, Address bar, etc except Title Bar and Web Page Area"

Reason for this feature request
===============================
This way it will give better experience to use any web app like Google Inbox, Web Messengers (web.whatsapp.com, Yahoo web Messenger, WeChat web messenger,  etc) or any other chrome App.

By "Web App", I mean any website/chrome app which provides App like interface.

For such Web App, I prefer to Pin it always and wish If I can hide all other bars which are useless show when I am using Web App. And I can use Web App with better experience.

Additionally, Ctrl+L should show Address Bar in case  I want to see/change URL. But when Focus goes away from Address bar, it should hide automatically.

What is the expected behavior?

Unable to hide all useless bars when using Web App.
