Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/49.0.2623.112 Safari/537.36

Example URL:
https://docs.google.com/uc?export=download&confirm=aHq8&id=0B4Yac_pWrxW6T3dSVmNtSU5tdFE

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Retried but failed 4 times.
2. Tried –disk-cache-size=10000000
3. Internet connection is good and strong.

What is the expected behavior?
It should get downloaded.

What went wrong?
Failed - Network Error

Did this work before? N/A

* Works for me (can download successfully; am using a very fast connection to google)

* The net-internals log does NOT contain a trace of the download in question, so nothing for me to look at. Make sure you start logging before initiating the download

My guess would be a network-level failure is happening here. Perhaps:

  * Is your download going through a proxy server? (All I can see is that you are using a PAC script, but not what proxy would be used for https://docs.google.com). It may be that your environment's proxy server either has a timeout, or a maximum response size, that is causing the download to fail at this level.

 * Or you may be hitting a timeout on docs.google.com and it is closing the connection before you have had time to download the full file.


What is the specific network error code you are getting?

maheshg..., could you provide the information requested in comment 1?
I have successfully downloaded it when retried.
Might be the n/w level issue that time. Thanks for the help.
