Send feedback button doesn't send feedback

Reported by jidanni@gmail.com, Apr 23 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/50.0.2661.75 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Click the send feedback button on an aw snap page
2. Click it again
3. Click it again. Its color just changes, but is something sent, who knows.

What is the expected behavior?
Some kind of progress indicator showing that something is being sent.

What went wrong?
Seen on https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100002097621640&fref=ufi which certainly won't reproduce the issue for most users.

The crashes are all due to Bug #604165 , but that is besides the point.

Tested the same on lInux 14.04 chrome version 50.0.2661.86 - After clicking the send feedback button on an aw snap page(about://crash) there is a confirmation displaying "Thank You for your feedback"

Could you please replicate the same on anew profile where there are no apps/extensions and update the thread. You can create a new profile from chrome://settings
You can create a consistent crash error message with chrome://crash. The feedback dialog eventually opened but was quite slow to open.

On a clean account I navigated to
about:crash
hit the rectangular refresh button seen.
Now I'm at Google Search.
Navigated to about:crash again.
Hit the rectangular Send Feedback button seen... several times...
nothing happens.
Maybe it is a Debian Problem.
Please test again with Debian's
chromium:
  Installed: 50.0.2661.75-2
  Candidate: 50.0.2661.75-2
  Version table:
 *** 50.0.2661.75-2 500
        500 http://free.nchc.org.tw/debian unstable/main i386 Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

If the feedback thing is slow, then the button should stay in the pushed
state and not pop right back up again. Also there should be a please
wait message.

It would be more ideal to improve the speed of the feedback instead.
