Due to a badly implemented Autotest code update, server side tests have being failing in the last couple days. Some details here:

1. I decided to change the global config CROS/restricted_subnets from ip:mask to ip/mask to define subnet, in CL:

2. We pushed the change to add unrestricted subnet in this puppet change:

3. The unexpected behavior is that older branches use : to delimite the subnet string, which cause server side tests to fail when using server side packaging.
