The -ts-mon-autogen-hostname option is now added to tsmon, we are ready for instrumentation.

Some monitoring has been added, and there is definitely room for more. I'm going to keep this Available for now.

Moving out of Infra>Monitoring since this is a services specific monitoring issue. Adding Ops-AddMonitoring label for tracking.

LogDog has the default ts_mon GAE monitoring suite, plus a few extra metrics.  I'll consider this fixed.
