WS tab in network inspector jumps to another request when there's multiple connections open

Reported by dymo...@gmail.com, Apr 22 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_4) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/49.0.2623.110 Safari/537.36 OPR/36.0.2130.65

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Have a page with multiple web socket connections open
2. Select one of the active connections to e.g. inspect its frames

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
After a period of time (new frame received? timeout?) the actively selected request jumps to the last opened WS connection.

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 49.0.2623.110 Channel: n/a
OS Version: OS X 10.11.4
