Text overlap on naver.com

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Go to m.naver.com.
(2) Open any article as shown in the video. Now open any other article from the   
    same page. 
(3) Press back and then forward. It can be seen that the text overlaps 
    momentarily with other text.

What is the expected output?
The text at the top should be displayed properly. There should be no overlap.

What do you see instead?
Momentarily overlap of text happens.

Follow these steps to reproduce the above issue:

1. Open url : http://m.news.naver.com/hotissue/main.nhn?sid1=104&cid=1027133&dummy=1604221846
2. Now open any article page on this page.
3. Press back and then forward. It can be seen that the text overlaps 
    momentarily with other text.

Refer to the attached screenshot for the text overlapping.

Status: WontFix (was: Untriaged)
hotissue_head_fixed element is adjusted by script onload, resulting in the behavior observed until the full page has been loaded.
