Unnecessary focus line is seen on resizing the Files.app Window

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Sign in to user>> open Files.app>> try to resize the Files.app Window>> and observe

Expected: Unnecessary focus line should not be seen on resizing the Files.app Window (Refer screenshot)
Actual: Instead unnecessary focus line is seen

This is a Regression issue as issue is not seen in 49.0.2623.112/7834.70.0 stable-channel Daisy

Issue is not applicable to Linux and Windows

Able to reproduce the issue on Gnawty using chrome version 51.0.2704.23/8172.9.0

I couldn't reproduce on 64.0.3282.190.

However I have to admit I didn't fully understand what is the described "unnecessary focus line". But there wasn't any issues with focus or what so ever. :-)
