Issue descriptionVersion: 52.0.2715.0 3fae42f136f929251b627b2ae6300100afc8ab83-refs/heads/master@{#388964} (32/64-bit) OS: Linux (14.04 LTS), Mac OS X(10.10.5, 10.11.4), Windows (7,8,8.1,10) Url : http://www.crizal.in/contact_us.aspx What steps will reproduce the problem? 1) Launch chrome, navigate to above url. 2) Now go to devtools and open emulated view and select 'Responsive' mode and observe the text boxes under 'Enquiry' section Actual : Text boxes appears to be chopped Expected : Text boxes should be seen properly This is a regression issue broken in 'M-49' and below is the manual regression and Narrow bisect info: Good build : 49.0.2587.3 Bad build : 49.0.2590.0 Narrow bisect info: https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+log/f84cab769bbe1c790f7ac185042e54e901554e2a..03447cc3e0e71bb1b85ce6871794f887fc313fb7?pretty=fuller&n=100 Suspecting : r364896 from Narrow bisect. @pfeldman : Could you please help to reassign if your change is not the cause for this change.
