Regression : Chrome browser gets crashed after removing the current person.

Issue description

Chrome version : 52.0.2715.0 (Official Build) 3fae42f136f929251b627b2ae6300100afc8ab83-refs/heads/master@{#388964} 32/64 bit
OS :  Windows (7, 8, 10), Mac (10.10.5)(10.11.4),Linux (ubuntu 14.04 LTS)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome and go to chrome://md-settings.
2. Hit Ctrl+E+S to go to chrome://settings and remove the current user.
3. Again go to chrome://md-settings.
4. Repeat step 2 and observe.

Actual : Chrome browser gets crashed after removing the person.
Expected : The browser should not crash after removing the person.

Crash ID db54b52c00000000 (0f041243-574f-42b3-b096-7a6e012cca3c)

This is a regression issue,broken in 'M-52', below is manual bisect and will soon update other info.
Good Build : 52.0.2712.0

Correction in step 2 :
Step 2. Hit Alt+E+S to go to chrome://settings and remove the current user.

Just to update, Issue still persists on chrome canary version 52.0.2719.0 on Windows 7, MAC 10.11.4 and ubuntu 14.04.

Tested this on Windows 7 for Google Chrome Dev Version - 52.0.2723.0 and the issue is still reproducible.

Users experienced this crash on the following builds:

Mac Canary 52.0.2723.0 -  0.41 CPM, 1 reports, 1 clients (signature ProfileInfoCache::AddProfileToCache)

If this update was incorrect, please add "Fracas-Wrong" label to prevent future updates.
