Regression:'Sign up now' option is not working properly in "Thebay.com"

Issue description

Chrome Version:52.0.2715.0 (Official Build)3fae42f136f929251b627b2ae6300100afc8ab83-refs/heads/master@{#388964}(32/64-bit)
OS:Windows(7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.10.5, 10.11.4)

URL:https://www.thebay.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/en/thebay

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and navigate to the above URL.
(2)Scroll down at the bottom of the page. 
(3)Click on 'Sign up now' option and observe.

Actual:'Sign up now' option is not working properly i.e pop up window for sign up is not seen.

Expected:'Sign up now' option should work properly.i.e pop up window for sign up should be seen.

This is a Regression issue broken in M-51,below is the Narrow bisect information:

I confirmed that this happens only if ShadowDOMv1 flag is enabled.
