Reproduction Steps: 
1. Enable Chromevox Next.
2. Press alt+search to enable the caps lock key.
Expected Result: Chromevox would indicate in some manner whether the caps lock key is on or not. When reviewing text that is typed with the caps lock enabled, Chromevox would announce text in a higher pitch voice if it was capitalized.
Actual results: Chromevox does not, in any way, indicate whether caps lock is enabled. A user has no way of knowing whether this key command was pressed or disengaged as a result.
