about:blank becomes empty after some time.

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/50.0.2661.75 Safari/537.36

Example URL:

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. A page creates an about:blank tab and populates it with content.
2. Forget about the about:blank tab and do other things for some time.
3. Open the about:blank tab.

What is the expected behavior?
The content is still there.

What went wrong?
The content is gone.

Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? N/A 

Does this work in other browsers? N/A 

Chrome version: 50.0.2661.75  Channel: n/a
OS Version:

Could you please provide any sample test file or URL which creates about:blank page would help us for better triaging the issue from test team end.

Can you provide an HTML or other testcase that reproduces the issue or alternatively a link to a website that reproduces the issue?
Additionally, can you check chrome://discards to determine if Tab Discarding automatically discarded the tab due to inactivity?

Looped the respective Dev group to further triage it.
Anyways it seems to be WAI as per  http://crbug.com/592189#c15 .
