Different padding on RTL select dropdown

Just another request for polish,

Chrome Version       : 50.0.2661.75
OS Version: 10.0

What steps will reproduce the problem?
data:text/html,<center><select><option>A</option><option>B</option></select><br><select dir="RTL"><option>A</option><option>B</option></select></center>

What is the expected result?
RTL dropdown item start padding should be same with LTR

What happens instead of that?
Different padding

Actually just like  Issue 492891  but this time for select
