Drag Image not showing with nested divs that have position relative

Issue description

Chrome Version       : 50.0.2661.87
URLs (if applicable) :
Other browsers tested:
  Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
     Safari:
    Firefox:
         IE: OK - 11.0.9600.18283

What steps will reproduce the problem?
see attached HTML

What is the expected result?
When dragging the 'Drag Me (position relative)' div you should see a drag image of the div

What happens instead?
No drag image shows

Able to reproduce the issue on Windows 7, Ubuntu 14.04 and Mac OS 10.11.4 using chrome latest stable M50-50.0.2661.87.

Bisect Information:

Bad Build : 50.0.2628.0
