(1) Open a code review where separate comments have been made on the same line of code (e.g. https://codereview.chromium.org/1895873006 CompositorMutatorImpl.h line 56)
(2) Reply to one.
(3) Try to reply to the other.

What is the expected output?
Expect to get another reply with the other comments referenced.

What do you see instead?

Instead, it opens up the reply you already have for the first set of comments. If you can only have one reply per line, perhaps all comment threads should be copied into it.
