Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Create schedule in Chrome Sign Builder using either default URL or scheduled URL
2. Export the configuration and load the configuration onto the Kiosk Device from the admin console.
3. Turn on device or wait for new conf to load if on

What is the expected behavior?
URL is loaded and autoplay plays video(s) one at a time

What went wrong?
Several instances of the first video are opening at once.

The site opens normally in Chrome. I have not tested other browsers. The URL behaves normally opening in the browser from the Chromebit's guest mode.
