Issue description
UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/50.0.2661.75 Safari/537.36
Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Javascript console
2. Type in (or something similar may work):
while(true){
document.body.style.backgroundColor = "black";
document.body.style.backgroundColor = "white";
}
3. Run
What is the expected behavior?
What went wrong?
The entire tab became no longer responsive and refuses to be closed even when in a separate window and the window itself is asked to be closed. Only option is to force stop with task manager.
Did this work before? N/A

OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0

I don't think this is in any way paint related. Presumable we don't even get to painting anything if the tab is frozen. Maybe this is WontFix, but adding labels in case we expect to behave differently. Maybe it's a Win 10 issue only.

Another report about this. Side note: not V8 related

Can repro on Linux. CSS is not required to cause the tab to get into a non-closable state, "while (true);" is sufficient.
