CQ/commit bot not posting commit hash

Two CLs I've landed through the CQ recently have not been updated with the committed hash.

Examples:

https://codereview.chromium.org/1906473006/

commit-bot does update to say which patch set has been committed, but the CL description is not updated with the gitiles link/Cr-Commit-Possition, nor is that message posted.

The change definitely lands, though, since Bugdroid updates the bug and the change makes it into the repo.

Why change #1 was made? This is an issue with CQ, not bugdroid. The comment on https://codereview.chromium.org/1903623002/ posted by CQ does not contain commit hash or gitiles link.

#2 was wrong, that comment it posted by CQ, but there should be a separate comment by same account, but actually posted by gnumbd. It is not an issue with cq
