On a development build from a recent master:

1) Set up a supervised user who is forbidden to access bbc.com
2) As that supervised user go to bbc.com.

Chrome crashes.

This didn't happen last week.

The crash is in 
 ChromeServiceRegistrarAndroid::RegisterRenderFrameMojoServices(content::ServiceRegistry*, content::RenderFrameHost*)                                                                                                                                                 /ssd/clankium/src/chrome/browser/android/mojo/chrome_service_registrar_android.cc:26

when loading the interstitial page.

I have attached the complete tombstone.

Not yet tried on other O.S.s
