Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open youtube.com and watch a video (Also Some other flash players have the same issue)
2. Clik for full screen
3. Not everytime but sometimes, video is not gettin fullscreen, video is expanded in browser window, not actully full screen.
4. See the attachment. 

What is the expected behavior?
Youtube video should be full screen actually
