enguarde takes >7h to build packages -> timeout

The following build failed. It's being killed after build packages takes over 440 minutes.

It does not look like any package is stuck building, the build time just accumulates building different packages over hours. Is the builder busy with something else while building this?

phobbs, could it be an issue with the builder? If you don't think so please assign this back to me so I can find someone on our side to look at this.

It has only happened once so far (as of now): https://uberchromegw.corp.google.com/i/chromeos/builders/enguarde-release

It looks like BuildPackages normally takes 2.5 hours to run.  The previous builds ran on the same builder (a GCE builder, cros250-c2) and completed fine.  I sshed into the builder and there didn't seem to be a problem.

I'd appreciate it if you could find someone to take a look at it (maybe if it happens again).
