Issue descriptionVersion: 52.0.2714.0 OS: Windows 7 What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) In Explorer Right-click Chrome.exe or Chrome.dll, choose Properties (2) On Details tab, look at Copyright Field What is the expected output? Copyright 2016 Google Inc. All rights reserved. or Copyright 2016 The Chromium Authors. All rights reserved. What do you see instead? Copyright 2015 Google Inc. All rights reserved. or Copyright 2015 The Chromium Authors. All rights reserved. The Chromium string appears to come from: https://code.google.com/p/chromium/codesearch#chromium/src/chrome/app/theme/chromium/BRANDING&sq=package:chromium&type=cs&q=%22COPYRIGHT=Copyright%202015%22&l=7 For what it's worth, we may want to ask a lawyercat whether "All rights reserved." is even needed any longer; I've previously been told that this no longer is meaningful anywhere worldwide. Looks like we were about 8 months late on this one last time (https://codereview.chromium.org/1299713007). oshima@ can you help route this to the right component?
