Regression : Wrong alignment of 'Person Name' is seen in 'Switch person' overlay.

Issue description

Chrome Version: 52.0.2714.0 (Official Build) 9aefaad4599f95998436597e00dc07bb3d2a130e-refs/heads/master@{#388647} 32/64 Bit. 
OS :  Windows (7, 8, 10), Mac (10.10.5)(10.11.4),Linux (ubuntu 14.04 LTS)

Precondition: 1. Enable 'Material Design User Manager' flag from 'chrome://flags'

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome and click on avatar icon.
2. Click on 'Switch person' option in signin overlay and observe the 'Person Name'.

Actual : The 'Person Name' in 'Switch person' overlay is seen left aligned.
Expected : The 'Person Name' in 'Switch person' overlay should be Center aligned.

This is a regression issue,broken in 'M-52', below is manual bisect and will soon update other info.
Good Build: 52.0.2713.0 
Bad Build: 52.0.2714.0
