Issue descriptionVersion: 49+ OS: Windows What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Open chrome and navigate to chrome://settings What is the expected output? chrome://settings should load What do you see instead? chrome://settings page loads blank. Please see screenshot We are observing a small spike in user feedback around chrome://settings from Emerging Markets where custom built PCs are common. This could be due to drivers on Windows OS and a likely duplicate of bug 595873 Raising this bug to see if there is something we can do to improve user experience (maybe show some exception or error message in these rare situations)

Unable to reproduce the issue on latest canary 52.0.2715.0, dev 51.0.2704.19, beta 51.0.2704.22, stable 50.0.2661.87.Not observed any blank page in chrome://settings. jainabhishek@Could you please check the issue on clean profile and update the thread if issue still persists.

WontFix'ing since new MD Settings page has launched, and this bug was specific to the old Settings page. |
