Issue descriptionChrome Version: 52.0.2714.0 Revision 9aefaad4599f95998436597e00dc07bb3d2a130e-refs/heads/master@{#388647}(32/64 bit) OS: Windows(win-7 Aero enabled),Mac, Linux What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://md-settings page. (2) Click on search icon at top RHS and observe. After clicking on search icon cursor is not seen in search text box field. After clicking on search icon cursor should seen in search text box field. This is a regression issue, broken in M-52 series, will soon update bisect info.
