Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open the devtools
2. Look at the text in the tabs/network/etc

What is the expected behavior?
The text should be easy to read

What went wrong?
The letters are too close together so everything feels squished/condensed

Chrome version: 50.0.2661.86  Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.9.5
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0

At first I thought the issue was with the new font. While I do think the font change alone is a bit of a step backwards, I think if the letter spacing is adjusted it will give the text some room to breathe and make it easier on the eyes.
