Google Japanese Input not working. |

Issue descriptionVersion: 52.0.2712.0 OS: 8220.0.0 (Official Build) dev-channel What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Set Google Japanese Input (for US keyboard) enabled in "Languages and input" settings. (2) Switch to the IME by Ctrl-Shift-Space. (Confirm [あ] in the task tray.) (3) Type something in omnibox. What is the expected output? Japanese text entered. What do you see instead? Nothing. Inspector log of the Input Tool extension is: NaCl module is not initialized yet. @ chos_privatebackground-debug.js:16753 Failed to load resource: net::ERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND chrome-extension://gjaehgfemfahhmlgpdfknkhdnemmolop/nacl_session_handler.nmf NativeClient: could not load manifest url. @ background.html:1 NaclLoaded - 22415 @ chos_privatebackground-debug.js:19489 onModuleError NaCl module load failed: could not load manifest url. @ chos_privatebackground-debug.js:17023 NaCl module is not initialized yet. @ chos_privatebackground-debug.js:16753 The recent upgrade https://chrome-internal-review.googlesource.com/255939 looks suspicious to me. +azurewei, could you take a look?
