"InlineLoginUISafeIframeBrowserTest.ConfirmationRequiredForNonsecureSignin" is flaky.

I'm not sure what I can do to find the culprit though, since it's only happening on trybots.

Roger, the test has been flaky for a few weeks, but failed several times today.

I've disabled it for now. Could you take a look and/or triage? Thanks!
