Should SBS->Remove()...SetSelectedRangeIfNeeded(DTS of first removed buffer at current position) use fudge room?

Should SBS->Remove()...SetSelectedRangeIfNeeded(DTS of first removed buffer at current position) use fudge room beginning that that DTS, or should it instead just use last_output_buffer_timestamp_ + 1us for uniformity?
