Waterfall has a "coverage" bit link that 404s

Once upon a time there was a handy coverage bot that was handy in spotting where we had weaker test coverage.  There is still a link for it on the waterfall, but alas the bot is no more. So sad.

Should we remove the link? Or restore the bot..? :P
