How was Chromium installed on your computer? If this Chromium was installed via ordinary means, there should be a registry value with the command to uninstall. Try these two commands from a Windows command prompt to see if these values are present:

reg query HKCU\Software\Chromium /v UninstallString
reg query HKCU\Software\Chromium /v UninstallArguments

If so, you could try running the command with the arguments you find. This may look something like:

C:\Users\grt\AppData\Local\Chromium\Application\51.0.2684.0\Installer\setup.exe --uninstall

Closing as WontFix. Please re-open if you're able to reproduce installing Chromium in such a way that the uninstall entry isn't created for the "Programs and Features" control panel.

If you're directly running chrome.exe from that archive, then there is no "uninstall". Simply delete the folder, any shortcuts you've created, and optionally "%LOCALAPPDATA%\Chromium\User Data".
Thanks
