run-webkit-tests doesn't use CHROMIUM_{OUT,OUTPUT}_DIR

run-webkit-tests doesn't take into account CHROMIUM_OUT_DIR or CHROMIUM_OUTPUT_DIR, so you have to explicitly set --build-directory and --target unnecessarily.

I've never heard of CHROMIUM_OUT_DIR or CHROMIUM_OUTPUT_DIR, and I don't know what tools would set it or use it, so why would I expect this to work?
