Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/49.0.2623.112 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Configure browser to sync passwords. 2. Have some saved passwords. 3. Run "Clear browsing data..." command 4. Accidentally leave the Passwords box ticked 5. Click "Clear Browsing Data" button What is the expected behavior? When syncing passwords, I expect there to be no "passwords" checkbox in the "Clear browsing data..." dialog. Too dangerous since the delete gets synced to cloud and other devices. What went wrong? Due to UI design, users can easily blow away all synced passwords from all devices and passwords.google.com. That kind of power doesn't belong in the "clear browsing data" dialog. A password vault (synced passwords) isn't "browsing data" and should have a different UI that makes it harder for catastrophic password loss. Did this work before? No Chrome version: 49.0.2623.112 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0 Recommend replacing the "passwords" checkbox with a message/link pointing users to the passwords list view. Now that there's password sync, users expect this to work like a real password vault. There should be bells and whistles when deleting a password, much less all of them across the cloud.

Even if the option is not completely excluded altogether, it should be at least unchecked by default.
