Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_10_5) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/49.0.2623.112 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Navigate to https://jsfiddle.net/ck6cys0d/2/ 2. Click select box 3. Click any option What is the expected behavior? mousedow/mouseup events should come in pairs What went wrong? There is a mouseup event without a previous corresponding mousedown event Actual event log: mousedown mouseup click change mouseup <-- click Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 49.0.2623.112 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.1.7601 Service Pack 1 Build 7601 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0 Here are some event logs from my mac Chrome 49.0.2623.112: mousedown mouseup click change FireFox 43.0.4: mousedown mouseup click mousedown mouseup change click Safari 9.1: mousedown change mouseup click

Google Chrome 52.0.2714.0 (Official Build) canary (64-bit) Window 8.1 I ran into same issue. The mouseup and click event is not properly initialized, evt.timeStamp is a negative value. I can even get system up time from the event(See the test page attached).
