What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and go to chrome://md-settings.
(2)Press tab key and observe the options on L.H.S of page.

Actual:Focus is not seen properly on options at L.H.S of the page.

Expected:Focus is should be  seen properly on  options at L.H.S of the page.

This is a Regression issue broken in M-50,below is the Narrow bisect information:
