Unwanted glimpse of Cast overlay is seen on other tabs while closing the tab of cast overlay.

Chrome Version: 50.0.2661.86 (Official Build) 4604d24a75168768584760ba56d175507941852f-refs/branch-heads/2661@{#615}-64 bit
OS: Mac

Pre-condition: Enabled 'Media Router' flag from chrome://flags

Steps:
1. Launch Chrome and navigate to chrome://version.
2. Go to NTP, open cast on it and switch back to previous tab(chrome://version) and close NTP.
3. Observe at chrome://version tab. 

Actual: Unwanted glimpse of Cast overlay is seen on chrome://version tab on closing NTP(tab with cast opened)

Expected: No such glimpse of Cast overlay should be seen on chrome://version tab on closing NTP(tab with cast opened)

This is a non-regression issue seen from M-46 series, build no 46.0.2468.0

Note: This issue is not seen on Windows and Linux OS.

From the video, this looks like an MR dialog issue.

This is expected behavior for the dialog we're using. For example, you can also see the Print Preview dialog when you close it following the same repro steps.
