PIPELINE_ERROR with upload videos

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/49.0.2623.112 Safari/537.36

Example URL:
web.whatsapp.com

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. access url from problem 
2. open a friend chat.
3. try send a video

What is the expected behavior?
i expected it work without problems.

What went wrong?
Developer console
Cache.match() does not support 'ignoreVary' option yet.

Windows Console.
[xxxx/xxxxxx:ERROR:render_media_log.cc(20)] MediaEvent: PIPELINE_ERROR demuxer: could not open

Did this work before? N/A 

Is it a problem with Flash or HTML5? HTML5

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

are you seeing this issue on whatsapp android app or on a desktop or android Chrome browser? I seems can't use web.whatsapp.com in desktop chrome browser.

In Google Chrome work fine.
In chromium cant make atttachment with vídeos.

Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
You need to build with ffmpeg_branding=Chrome proprietary_codecs=1 or their gn equivalents to make this work.
