Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Draw a rectangle on a canvas while using clip(), and move that rectangle around.
2. You will see weird moving artifacts on the rectangle itself after a second or two.

What is the expected behavior?
No artificats should present on the green rectangle.

What went wrong?
The rectangle should not have these artificats on it

I noticed I didn't call beginPath() before calling rect() on the context. Doing that makes the artifacts go away.
