OpenVPN IPv6 push silently ignored

Project Member Reported by mrechkem...@google.com, Apr 20 2016

Issue description

Chrome Version : 49.0.2623.111
OS Version: 7834.66.0
URLs (if applicable) :
Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
     Safari 5:
  Firefox 4.x:
     IE 7/8/9:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Connect to an OpenVPN server that provides v6 service in the v4 tunnel
2. The Chrome OS OpenVPN connection does not tunnel its IPv6 traffic (other clients do)

What is the expected result?
IPv6 traffic is properly tunneled.

What happens instead of that?
IPv6 traffic goes out the non-VPN IPv6 network.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

UserAgentString: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 7834.66.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/49.0.2623.111 Safari/537.36

Is IPv6 not supported under Chrome OS's OpenVPN? The version of OpenVPN, 2.3.2, supports v6 traffic in the tunnel.

This was fixed in R50-7878.0.0 as per https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=522003#c24. Please reopen this issue if you continue to see it.

Unfortunately, IPv6 traffic is still sent outside of the tunnel despite the VPN server pushing a specific route for v6 and allocating a v6 address for the client.
