What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Open "Chrome" window in user profile u1
(2)Right click the title bar and click on "move window to ...(user u2)"
(3)The "Chrome" window (c1) is opened in the u2 desktop
(4)Go to either u1 or u2, left click "chrome" icon on the shelf to view the list of opened browsers. The browser window c1 is not shown in this list for both u1 and u2. 

What is the expected output?
Since "Chrome" window c1 is moved to u2 desktop, c1 has to shown in the opened browser list in u2.

What do you see instead?
c1 does not show in the opened browser list in u2.
