SignerTest fails for Lulu Cheets (parameter does not match any expected values)

The Lulu Cheets builder died today in the SignerTest section with this message:

"Kernel dm= parameter does not match any expected values!"


It looks like this has been seen before a few times and a fix went in:

relevant snippet of error:
CHROMEOS_RELEASE_BOARD: Value 'lulu-cheets' was not recognized

answer: signer configs need updating to recognize lulu-cheets as a valid board before signing can be enabled.  Bernie should know how to handle this.
