What steps will reproduce the problem?
1) On the device, open few tabs and windows for desktop capturing

3) Launch the Desktop Capture extension and click 'Start'

This cancel button has never worked and is not supposed to work. It is here because it was there.

chrome.desktopCapture.cancelChooseDesktopMedia(pending_request_id) is the fucntion associated with cancel button. I am not sure whether cancelChooseDesktopMedia() works. However, pending_request_id will be invalid in several hundred milliseconds after chooseDesktopMedia gets it for a security reason. Therefore, the cancel button is not supposed to work.

I can remove this button when I have chance.
