Build failure

Project Member Reported by cmumford@chromium.org, Apr 19 2016

Issue description

Build is broken:
steps

Revision range:
chromium 388208 : 388212

Failing builders:
Win7 Release (NVIDIA): https://build.chromium.org/p/chromium.gpu/builders/Win7%20Release%20(NVIDIA)

There are two changes that look suspicious (to me):

1. https://codereview.chromium.org/1871613002
2. https://codereview.chromium.org/1822983002

I'm just guessing that j.isorce@samsung.com's change might have caused this. Assigning to j.isorce@ for traige.

Hi cmumford. Sorry if the CL has caused problems. Looking at https://build.chromium.org/p/chromium.gpu/builders/Win7 Release (NVIDIA) it seems it is green again. Also I ran ./content/test/gpu/run_gpu_test.py context_lost (to try to reproduce "GpuCrash.GPUProcessCrashesExactlyOnce" regression) locally and there is no problem on Linux. I cannot try on windows at the moment.

Is it still an issue ? Do you meant that it is now flaky ?
Status: WontFix (was: Available)
I mark it as WontFix since builder is green and I was not able to reproduce the problem on my local setup. Feel free to re-open if you have more information. Thx.
