Cannot sign into gmail account after signing into apps domain account |

Issue description<b>Chrome Version: <From about:version: Google Chrome x.x.x.x></b> Chrome OS Version: 49.0.2623.111 Chrome OS Platform: Pixel 2 <b>Network info: <network, encryption type, router model (if known)></b> Please specify Cr-* of the system to which this bug/feature applies (add the label below). Version: 49.0.2623.111 What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Signed into Apps Domain account (2) Attempt to add secondary gmail account (3) What is the expected output? Secondary account signs in What do you see instead? "your email or password could not be verified" - Have verified that we are connected to a network and password has not recently changed. How frequently does this problem reproduce? (Always, sometimes, hard to reproduce?) Always. What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is it? User is completely unable to log into a particular gmail account. No workaround is available.

This was the second account (after the primary apps-domain account) to be added to the device, and we were attempting to add it after signing out of the apps domain account. Unfortunately the device was wiped and it worked on the second attempt, so we don't have any reproducability at the moment. This can be closed out for now, sorry about that!
