What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have a Chromebook running Chrome 49
2. Install some extensions, then hide their browser action buttons
3. Update to Chrome 50 (beta)

What is the expected result?
The same extension browser action icons should be visible as before.

What happens instead of that?
All icons are visible, and I have to hide them again.
