Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_4) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/49.0.2623.112 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. type in URL to a webpage secured by .htaccess file What is the expected behavior? I expect to see a prompt where I can supply my username and password What went wrong? I instantly get a error page - the server default for "you don't have access to this ..." It doesn't happen every time but quite often. After doing a refresh the htaccess prompt is displayed btw. Did this work before? Yes Not sure, maybe around the 10th april 2016 Chrome version: 49.0.2623.112 Channel: n/a OS Version: OS X 10.11.4 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0

Hi Matt, "unfortunately" I didn't have the problem anymore recently. I tried to record the net-internals like csharrison asked for but actually I can't reproduce the error right now. In the meantime my Chrome is updated - maybe the error is fixed.. Sorry for taking your time, I can assure that the error happened quite often for a while when loading a page secured by a .htaccess file. I'm fine with that if you would like to close this issue/ report. Best regards, Luckyfella
