Regression: Sad face icon of End process is seen broken on zoom out action.

Chrome version:51.0.2704.19 (Official Build) 0add88a3aa2b8ecc95df9dd721dd5b05571e7a5b-refs/branch-heads/2704@{#121}-32/64 bit
OS: Windows

Steps:
1. Launch Chrome and give Print command on any page.
2. Open task manager using 'Shift+Esc' key and end 'Plugin:Chrome PDF Viewer'
3. Now zoom in the killed page to maximum, then instantly click on Zoom out icon multiple time and observe.

Actual: Sad face icon is seen deformed on zoom out action i.e sad face icon is seen broken.

Expected: Sad face icon should not be seen broken on zoom out action.

This is a regression issue broken in M-49, below is bisect info.

Good build: 49.0.2586.0
Bad build: 49.0.2587.0

Suspecting: r364005 ?

Please help to re-assign if your change is not the cause for this issue.

Note: This issue is specific to Window OS with screen resolution 1366 x 768 and not seen on Mac and Linux OS.

I cannot reproduce this on current stable (58.0.3029.96) on Windows 10. Is this still an issue?
